My Favorite Spring Paint Colors

Spring is HERE and I’m loving it!  People ask me all the time what my favorite Spring paint colors are because, spoiler alert: I tend to use a lot of cheery colors in my designs.  And cheery is synonymous with Spring!  So if your home is feeling a little drab on the exterior, maybe we need to perk it up with some paint.  And if you’re nervous about using a brighter color on the front of your home, let me remind you of something… It’s just PAINT!  That’s right, if you don’t like it, you can change it!  Now, onto the colors I’m loving for Spring right now…

My Favorite Spring Paint Colors

Easiest way to refresh your patio area for Spring and warmer weather?  Paint the front door a fresh new color!  I’m partial to this greenish blueish color by Sherwin-Williams called “Vintage Vessel.”  Don’t forget to add in some new plants, a cute doormat, and maybe upgrade your mailbox or house numbers.  If this color isn’t speaking to you, check out my other fave front door paint colors 🙂

Paint Color: Sherwin-Williams Vintage Vessel

Products: Sherwin-Williams Vintage Vessel Paint // Wall Mount Mailbox // Plant Stand (Set of 2) // Hanging Planters // Barnlight

Here’s another fun idea: try painting the front entry of your home surrounding your door, but only paint about 3/4 up the wall.  This brings in an instant pop of interest!  I love the way yellow and turquoise go together, it might be one of my all-time favorite color combos.

Sherwin-Williams Paint Colors: Colonial Yellow // Capri (Blue) // Quench Blue // Decisive Yellow

Play around with these shades and see what color works best for your home!  And don’t think you can only paint your front door – maybe you could paint your patio chairs or some planters?!  Maybe you take the colors inside your home?  Get creative!

Sherwin-Williams Blue Paint Colors: Surfin’ // Spa // Quench Blue

Sherwin-Williams Yellow Paint Colors: Eye Catching // Cheerful // Confident Yellow
