My Go-To Spinach Pesto Recipe

I don’t know about you, but I’m all about PESTO in the summertime.  It’s such an easy condiment to put on all sorts of meals: pasta, grilled veggies or fish, salad, caprese, or just some good old bread!  I’ve been making this Spinach Pesto from Jar of Lemons… have you tried it?  SUPER easy and super delicious.  It’s my go-to spinach pesto recipe.  Just throw it all in a food processor or blender, and you’re good to go!
