Repeat Offenders: Meet the Pieces I Use on All My Hidden Potential Designs!

When I’m staging a home for a photo shoot or on-camera reveal, the first place I always pull from is my Warehouse. The Warehouse houses the Built Custom Homes offices as well as a lot of the inventory for my shop. The reason I always look here first is because, since I source all of the items for the shop, I am always guaranteed to find things I feel proud and confident using in my clients’ homes (since I’m the one who chose them in the first place!). I’d like to say I love all the pieces in my shop equally, but that is clearly not true. There are some pieces I just tend to reach for over and over again whenever move-in day arrives, based on their good looks and versatility.

Here they are, in no particular order of repeat offensiveness:

SILVERSPUR PLANTER, $114.00 USD

DREAM DOT PILLOW, $35.00 USD

BALBOA BREAD BOX, $70.00 USD

18TH STREET POT, $32.00 USD

NATURAL RATTAN CHAIR, $198.00 USD

COBBLE BASKETS, set of 3, $139.00 USD

EL ARROYO PLANTER, $45.00 USD

“HOMEMADE” CUTTING BOARD, $30.00 USD

We just saw season 2, episode 15 with the Tiki house, and we love the countertops. You blog ways there were from Marble Yard. We are in Northern California and are trying to find something similar. Is there a style? What product was it – granite, quartz, etc.?
Any assistance you can provide would be awesome!
By the way, congratulations on the big Win on Rock The Block — you were fantastic!

Hi Laura! Thanks for reaching out! I love that you guys loved the tiki house! So cool! So the product we used is Modul Quartz – Terrazo. I would highly suggest reaching directly out to Dale from Marble Yard…his email is daleyanda@gmail.com. Tell him I sent you! He is a great resource and will be happy to help you source the exact material you are looking for! A true expert in the field! And thanks for the kind words on Rock The Block! I so appreciate it!

    Hi Jasmine,
Can you tell me what makes a home hold to much moisture?

Where can I get the coastal-looking picture that is shown with your rattan chairs above?
