E-Commerce Shipping Consultant

We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Shipping Consultant to oversee and implement our shipping strategy for our online shop. We’re looking for a collaborative team member with excellent organization and creative skills, who can assist in creating happy customer experiences. This person will own the strategy and execution of our shipping processes to support our sales and growth goals.


What We’re Looking For:

 
  • 5-10 years experience with small parcel and large (LTL and White Glove) shipments.
  • National and to Canada preferred.
  • Deep understanding of shipping/freight best practices and carrier relationships. Creation of a shipping strategy and ongoing management to allow competitive pricing for customers.
  • A strong sense of customer experience and service, as well as ideas on how to improve customer experience and satisfaction via our dropship process.
  • Experience and success working in a self-managed environment.

    Job Requirements:

     
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of e-commerce experience in a related field.
  • This position is a part-time position open to consultants and contractors.
  • This position is remote and will require the candidate to have a reliable computer, phone, and internet connection.
