Full-Time Retail Associate (Seasonal)

We are currently seeking Full-Time Seasonal Retail Associates.


We’re looking for collaborative team members with excellent organization and communication skills, who can assist in creating happy customer experiences. As a Retail Associate you will help our customers find the merchandise they want/need, answer any product questions, and complete the transaction(s).


What We’re Looking For:

 
  • Assessing customer needs and suggesting solutions to their problems.
  • Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Ensure the store always remains clean, safe, and presentable.
  • Checking out customers and packaging products.
  • Using upselling techniques to increase store sales.
  • Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store.

    Time Requirements:

    This position has a 40 hour weekly commitment with the ability to work weekends. The position runs from 10/15/22 to 1/15/23, with a possible opportunity for full time employment in the future. Must be able to commute to our Long Beach, CA Pop-up Store location to work out of the Shop.
