Return Policy

Currently, all furniture, art and accessory products are considered custom and are not returnable unless damaged or defective. If an item is damaged in shipping, please notify us at orders@jasmine-roth.com within 48 hours with photo evidence to arrange for a replacement item to be sent. Exchanges are accepted for apparel items only. Please carefully review our return policy below:

1. Return and Exchange Process:

• You are responsible for securely packaging the item to be returned or exchanged and arranging for its shipment back to our designated address.
• It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance to ensure the safe arrival of the item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

2. Shipping Costs:
• For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us.

3. Refunds and Exchanges:
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during the purchase.
• Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item will be shipped to you once the returned item is received and inspected.
