‘HELP! I Wrecked My House’ Season 5, Episode 6: New England Goes West Part I

A single family home turned duplex, Max and Joanna needed their home back. Trying to “un-do” a duplex is not an easy DIY task, it requires major floorplan changes, structural updates, and a professional’s help. This was one of the biggest and most challenging projects I’d ever taken on, but I knew it would also be one of the most rewarding. With a design style rooted in New England craftsmanship, every detail mattered - from restoring character to making sure the layout worked for this busy family of four.
